Unlike a traditional inventory application, the MyKey Warehouse Management System requires real-time inventory synchronization, enterprise warehouse workflows, inventory audit trails, offline-first architecture, transactional stock updates, and future multi-branch synchronization between Headquarters and Store POS locations. The project follows enterprise software engineering standards to ensure scalability, maintainability, reliability, and production readiness.
The next development phase focuses on the implementation of the Stock Transfer & Distribution Module, enabling Headquarters to distribute inventory to Store POS branches through real-time synchronization, transfer vouchers, inventory deduction, inventory receiving, and complete audit history.
